Barun Gurung, Lead Trainer for WOCAN and Nisha Onta, Regional Coordinator for Asia conducted the gender and organizational analysis workshop for the staff of Forum Asia on 29-30 Jan in Bangkok. The 33 (14 men and 19 women) Forum Asia staff from Thailand, Jakarta, Geneva and Nepal participated in the two-day workshop where they went through basic gender concepts, conducted organizational and program level analysis. They developed a list of activities which they are planning to consolidate and incorporate it in their annual workplans.
