Jeannette gave a presentation to the Beijing +25 Regional Review Meeting in Europe/Central Asia on ‘Acting for Climate: Empowering Women to Build Climate Resilience’ held in Geneva on Oct. 30. She raised the needs for data and results measurement, financing for women’s associations and to ‘mainstream climate into gender’ to gain more attention to climate actions within the Beijing Platform for Action in 2020.
