Early results of WOCAN’s Gender Assessment and Roadmap work in Nepal for the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) were shared at the recent meeting of the FCPF Participants Committee at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. from March 27-29. WOCAN Core Associate, Cecile Ndjebet, Executive Director of REFACOF, Cameroon, represents women within this Committee, which is the main decision-making body of the FCPF. WOCAN was selected as one of three organizations to conduct this pilot work for the FCPF, which will be completed by June 2017.
