Barung Gurung, WOCAN Lead Trainer and Nisha Onta, Regional Coordinator for Asia, facilitated the workshop for ADPC’s executive committee and program staff on 14 June 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop wassupported by the Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok through the Regional Gender Facility. The participants applied the organizational framework for gender capacity needs assessment and developed the gender action plan.
