WOCAN facilitated the ‘Organizational Gender Analysis workshop’ for the partners of Fojo Media Institute on 5-6 April in Bangkok with the support of the Regional Gender Facility Support Function in Asia at the Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok, Thailand. A total of 19 participants (13 women and 6 men) from Myanmar Journalist Institution, Cambodia Center for Independent Media, Cambodia Communication Institute, Vietnamese Journalists Training Center, Media Training Center of Vietnam, Institute of Mass-Media, Culture and Tourism of Lao PDR. The workshop provided the participants with knowledge and skills to conduct organizational gender analysis and they developed action plans to integrate gender into their organizational structure and policies.
