WOCAN invites you to participate in the ‘Reframing Leadership for Gender Equality’ course, to be held in Bangkok from 17-21 July 2017.
WOCAN has developed this powerful and effective course based on its extensive experience of gender mainstreaming and leadership development. This course provides women as well as men with an opportunity to reflect upon and to challenge traditional notions of leadership within their organizations and personal lives, amongst a diverse group of international trainers and participants.
Over 200 women and men in Asia and Africa – including staff of the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), HIMAWANTI and the governments of Sri Lanka, Lao PDR and the Maldives have benefited
Key Outcomes
Upon completion of the course participants will be able to:
- Strengthen their leadership and effectiveness within their organizations and individually
- Constructively manage interpersonal conflict
- Design effective strategies to influence and build alliances, that include men and women
Follow up coaching is available on request.
