Leisa Perch, WOCAN Member/Consultant, facilitated the workshop for the staff of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) on 27 March in Saint Lucia, as part of WOCAN’s partnership with Price Waterhouse Coopers. OECS is in the process of applying for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Accreditation. The workshop focused on: key gender concepts, gender and climate change and gender policies of the GCF.
