WOCAN-IFAD Project ‘Capacity Building for Women’s Leadership in Farmers Producers Organization in Asia and the Pacific Region’, inception meeting was held on Aug 27, 2012 in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The objective of the meeting was to formally introduce the project to IFAD personnel of Lao PDR and national project coordinators.
